Dave Billings founded Sejunda Communications in 1998 to take advantage of his extensive engineering experience in the computer and telecommunications industries.

Accomplishments encompass microcomputer design and manufacturing, application software development, network and traffic engineering, infrastructure deployment, operations management, inventory management, product and services implementation, systems change management and process engineering and implementation.
Dave's international exposure spans Canada, United States, Europe and Asia and includes lead roles in network integration, regulatory, inter-carrier relations, supplier contract negotiations and OEM/ODM/Service vendor management.
